At GiftWrap4U, every order is printed to order and personalised specifically for each customer. We take great care to ensure all products are printed and packaged to the highest standard.
Personalised Products
Because our products are custom made and personalised, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless:
• The item arrives damaged
• There is a printing error caused by us
• The wrong item was sent
This policy is in line with UK consumer regulations regarding personalised goods.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• A brief description of the issue
Once confirmed, we will arrange either:
✔ A replacement item
or
✔ A full refund
Order Cancellations
As all items are printed to order, cancellations can only be accepted before production has started.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking the shipment.
